Key Responsibilities：
?Purchase order follow-up. Shipping schedule planning and management, bulk goods tracking
?Order data maintenance and update in system, and order documents management.
?Inbound planning and management, on time delivery to catch launch plan
?Import and export handling, especially importing handling from ASEAN
?Vendor and supplier management and performance improvement.
?Statements and bill checking with different suppliers as well as invoice checking.
?Bulk goods shortage issue solving and claim following up
?Payment arrange and follow up
?Bulk goods inspection & testing coordination and follow up.
?Bulk goods hangtag & sticker layout review before mass production to make sure bulk goods with correct hang tag & sticker.
?Costing control and costing saving.
?Other task assigned by line manager

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
?Bachelor graduate or above. Major in International trading preferred
?Over 3 year’s relative experience, experience in handling footwear order & managing forwarder & import broker preferred.
?Familiar with import & export procedure
?Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especial excel
?Experience in ERP system would be a plus
?Good command of English
?Customer focus, integrity, accountability for result, detail-oriented, data sensitive, team work player with strong communication and positive working attitude
?Earnest, Reliable, able to work under pressure
?Think comprehensively, Good communication skills
