职位概述：

This position supports the risk engineering team in respect of our corporate profit and growth goals, with preferred strengths in civil engineering. This requires fostering good relationships with all departments, business units and clients. The engineer conducts prospective and existing clients’ risk surveys and loss control services, preparing comprehensive reports in line with Willis Risk Engineering standards, to identify hazards and potential risk exposures including a thorough evaluation of controls in place or required.

工作职责：

1.Risk Surveys风险调查

·Visit prospective/existing clients to conduct an interview and physical operations/property evaluation.

对潜在/现有客户进行客户访问并进行资产评估

·A comprehensive report is communicated immediately to the clients verbally for all severe or unacceptable exposures and inefficient controls.

评估后需口头向客户阐述全面的风险评估报告，包括我们可以提供的全部服务或不能接受的风险及低效率的控制。

2.Loss Control Services

损失控制服务

·Investigate and analyze incidents, accidents and losses, and ensure proper maintenance and testing of safety, security, and fire suppression systems and any aspects relating to other hazards, including risks relating to natural catastrophes and structural integrity.

·Provide training seminars that focus on improving the risk or reducing the potential or severity of a loss.

3.Communication沟通

·Participate in presentations, and tender/proposal preparation for brokers.

·Look for marketing opportunities based on department capabilities and expertise.

4.Research & Development研究与开发

· Investigate and study the local rules and regulations relating to property exposure and protection in the country.

· Cooperate with the local authority to research and study the catastrophic exposures of the country, as well as mitigation methodologies.

5.Planning/Efficiency计划/效率

·Surveys must be completed within the prescribed due dates established by the requesting department.

·Reports should be written and turned into typed reports within the schedule from the date of visitation. Client service correspondence must be turned in within the schedule.

任职要求：

1.土木工程技术类本科或以上学历。

2.具有大型工业企业、安全中介机构安全管理、安全评价等工作经验，或具有建筑工程项目的施工、监理等工作经验。具有5年以上保险公司或保险中介机构风险评估工作经验，熟悉国际保险公司风险控制标准、工作平台。

3.熟悉国内外常用生产安全和消防标准、法规、条例、规章，最好熟悉建筑工程安全法规；掌握各类灾害和事故的防损技术。能够设计适应中国市场的风控服务体系，包括标准，流程，工具。具备良好的沟通协调能力，优秀的演讲和表达能力。
