Minimum requirements/任职条件
1) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, 3+ years of management of IT development.
大学本科计算机相关专业毕业，3年以上IT开发经验。
2) Strong awareness of quality and sense of responsibility.
具备良好的质量意识 ，负责任的态度。
3) Ability of problem identification and problem-solving.
具备较强的排查问题和解决问题的能力。
4) Acquainted with ASP.net, B/S and multi-level architect development, good command of JavaScript、DIV+CSS、HTML.
熟悉ASP.net网站建设、B/S及多层架构开发思想、掌握JavaScript、DIV+CSS、HTML。
5) Familiarity with ASP.net、C# language, acquainted with software analytic and design methods.
熟悉ASP.net、C#语言，了解面向对象的软件分析、设计方法。
6) Familiarity with ASP.net MVC development framework.
熟悉ASP.net MVC开发框架。
7) Familiarity with SQL Server 2005/2008 database development.
