Job Title：Occupational Safety & Health Officer / 安全专员

Work Location：Beijing & Project site/北京办公室及项目现场

Main responsibilities:

- Implement TK AG/TK IS OSH management manual and guides

- Develop and implement Permit to work system for high risk activities, include JHA and method statement.

- Enhance contractor management through pre-selection, training, evaluation etc.

- Share and implement OSH Best practice

- Report and investigate incident happened on project site and share learning from incident internally and externally.

- Promote structure safety walk and talks on project site.

- Promote OSH culture by implement different culture program, such as Safety Day, OSH Stand Down etc.

- Report OSH performance and data monthly.

- Provide regular OSH training to ThyssenKrupp employee and also contractors.

- Check the compliance of China regulation of each project site, report for any non-compliance timely.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree with more than 5 years working experience in Health and Safety.

- China Certified Safety Engineer is preferred

- Knowledge competence in Safety and Health Management system.

- Skill competence in Health and Safety auditing

- Skill competence in workshop /training facilitation

- Proficient in English

- Intercultural Experience

- Able to work under stress, willing to travel frequently.
