Veeva Systems, the leader in SaaS-based solutions for the global life sciences industry, is
looking for an energetic IT Product Support Specialist to help drive the introduction of new
software solutions to our customers. The Product Support Specialist will work closely with
our customers to assist in implementations, issue identification, troubleshooting and
resolution. In addition, he/she will work closely with internal teams (Product Management,
Engineering, Sales, Services) to ensure the success across our various teams as well as
customers.

This position reports to the VP of Professional Services Japan and requires a
strong team player that thrives in a fast-paced and fluid entrepreneurial environment.

Location: Shanghai,China

Responsibilities
---Conduct and facilitate Customer meetings to ensure success during pre-launch and postlaunch
phases
---Troubleshoot internal and customer issues with the software
---Develop product expertise across the Veeva solutions
---Work closely with the Veeva Japan Product Management team to provide customer
feedback and assist in product direction
---Provide high-quality assistance to various internal teams as well as Customers as
needed
---Develop and foster strategic relationships with Customers


Skills and Qualifications
--- Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent field;
--- Background in computer programming, computer troubleshooting, computer networking,SQL a plus.
---Saleforce.com experience a plus;
---Excellent communication skills;
---Strong analytical and organizational skills;
---Professional demeanor, strong presence, and ability to interact with all levels of personnel within the organization.
----Fluent in English and Japanese
