本次该工作职位培养方向为网络互动设计方面的相关人才、包括网站互动方面设计师、项目策划、设计总监等，全面负责公司网络设计方面的工作，如公司官网、博客、网络广告、网站互动项目等。


主要职责
1. 正确把握项目的设计方向，独立完成创意设计及制作工作；
2. 负责公司网站、博客的换版、更新、美化、投放广告等方面的设计和制作；
3. 负责公司承接的网站、网页项目的设计与制作，并与后台程序编写人员无缝对接；
4. 保证工作质量，正确理解项目指令，根据客户反馈的意见对设计方案进行修改和调整；
5. 完成上级交办的其他工作；


任职要求
1．正规美术设计院校专科以上学历；
2．三年以上专业设计类、网络互动公司工作经验；
3．熟练掌握Photoshop、Illustrator、In design、Flash、Fireworks、Dreamweaver等设计软件；
4. 高质量、高效率的独立完成平面设计、网页设计制作等工作，熟悉印刷工艺与建站流程；
5．具备敏锐的观察力，独特的视觉感受力，扎实的美术功底及艺术修养，一定的互动脚本能力；
6. 对网页设计的整体风格及视觉效果把握准确，勤奋好学，能适应多任务处理的工作压力；
7. 熟悉目前互联网流行的WEB风格及FLASH网站等交互设计方面的设定要求；
8. 熟悉互联网推广及搜索引擎优化Seo基本常识，有大型网站设计制作案例或网页互动公司经验；
9．有很好的专业悟性和工作主动性，良好的团队意识、较强的责任心，优秀的语言表达能力和沟通能力；
