Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Review invoice and Inv. Dist. Records (IDRs) to determine if Caterpillar Purchase are recorded into proper accounts and make adjustments when necessary. Review current costs, contact plants for cost data and determine documents necessary to complete cost studies. Review Cost Accounting Manual and mechanized list of expense allocations and assure period and variable expenses are allocated to appropriate burden pool. Review and consolidate statistical data, perform calculations and prepare reports reflecting totals and variances from previous reports and cash forecast figures. Review accounting transactions reported by subsidiaries and prepare statements to reflect monthly financial position.

Required Skills /Qualificatins: Graduated in accounting related major earned at a college or university or equivalent accounting experience. Good office desktop applications knowledge. Must pass data entry testing. Ability to work on a team environment. Initiative, good analytical and communication skills. Fluent in English.
