ZF is one of the major independent suppliers of high technology axle drive units, PTU´s and beam-axles for passenger car, SUV and Light-truck applications. To realize the intended business growth on the Chinese market, we are looking for an application engineer to support the acquisition of new business and project coordination of existing business and projects by interfacing with local customers and the development and sales department of the BU in Germany as well as the involved production plants.

工作职责内容
Key responsibilities
? Perform product presentations for customers and support project acquisition activities
? Facilitate clarification of technical requirements with potential customers
? Conduct package investigations (also together with the customer) and perform concept layouts in collaboration with the German design department
? Exchange technical information between customer and ZF development team in Germany
? Support the product design and validation process
? Provide technical support for local sourcing, manufacturing and assembly activities
? Work with ZF engineering teams (project management, test, control and planning departments) and departments within Central R&D in China and Germany.
? Participate when applicable in multidisciplinary project teams.
? Other duties as related to this position.

工作经历
Working experience At least 2 years design engineering experience within the automotive industry. Design engineering experience in axles and axle drive-units is welcome.
教育水平
Education Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
英语水平
English Good oral and written communication skills in English
德语水平
German German language skills are welcome but not a must
计算机应用水平Computer Proficiency in MS Office software
Proficiency in Pro-Engineer or another 3D-CAD-software

? Experience in development activities in the automotive industry.
? Basic knowledge of passenger car drivelines, especially axles and drive units.
? Basic knowledge of common manufacturing methods and assembly processes in high volume series production and their implications on design.
