职位：物流及行政经理 （地点：上海）
工作职责：

1. 制定订货计划和物流管理流程，及时准确处理向国外总部订货并跟进订单的发货状态，与总部物流部门沟通协调和查询物流及库存信息。
2. 协调物流公司及仓储管理，管理数据库并向总经理提交销售发货和订单的统计数据和报告。
3. 审核物流货运及快递费用，控制物流成本，管理物流服务商确保提供高效迅捷的服务。
4. 建立与外包服务商的良好关系，联系协调货物的报关清关手续，及时为销售和管理人员提供库存信息和发货状况，协助销售协调客户的订货需求。
5. 办公室日常行政管理，确保文挡、办公设备等正常使用，整理保管销售合同及各种物流文档和资料，为销售和市场活动提供行政支持，。


岗位任职条件要求：

1. 女性，年龄30-45岁，大学本科及以上学历。有至少五年的办公室行政和物流管理相应工作经验，有外资企业工作背景的优先。
2. 精通电脑操作，熟练应用Word, Excel, Power Point等各种MS办公软件。
3. 英文良好，听说读写流利。
4. 熟悉国际贸易及海关进出口流程。
5. 工作认真，办事稳重踏实，有高度的责任感和时间观念。
6. 有积极向上的工作态度，性格开朗，人际沟通能力强，有团队合作精神。
7. 身体健康，形象大方，举止得体。
