- For our Industry Sector in SHANGHAI, we are looking for an Order Processor订单处理专员.

What are my responsibilities?

- Responsible for order to cash process which incl. master data maintenance, order and contract review, SAP order processing, indirect purchasing coordination, export compliance coordination, software/hardware delivery and billing.

- Complete orders on time and quality metrics.

- Prompt and effective interaction with internal and external business partner on queries to ensure customer satisfactory and achieve aggressive revenue commitment.

- Other tasks from manager.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- High responsible on duties and passion for customer service.

- University degree or above.

- Fluent English (speaking, listening, reading and writing) is a must.

- At least 3 years’ experience with sales order processing.

What else do I need to know?

- Working knowledge of SAP system is highly preferred.

- Working knowledge of Hardware and Software business is highly preferred.

- Working knowledge of purchasing, finance, logistics will be a plus.
