- For our Industry Sector in SHANGHAI, we are looking for a Marketing operation specialist 市场专员.

What are my responsibilities?

- Marketing budget management (Core budget/travel budget in PL/LMS)

- Handle all PO/PR/Purchase process.

- Handle all contract task for all procurement.

- Reporting budget spending to Asia PAC team (Core/travel budget).

- Communication with SEWC Chengdu factory for visit arrangement.

- Social media planning and execution (Weibo)

- Onsite event execution.

- Marketing plan management and reporting to Asia PAC team.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Bachelor Degree or above.

- Ideal candidate would have an advanced degree in business management or marketing.

- Fluent in English and Chinese. Excellent Oral and written English.

- At least 2 years plus marketing experience in Software industry.

- 2-5 years experience in corporate marketing for a technology / software company is preferred.

- Strong execution and communication skills.

- Strong self management skill and logical thinking

- Strong team player

- Ability to work under pressure, proactive, detail-oriented, stable character, ability to manage own time effectively and meet deadlines. A desire and passion to grow and learn new thing and team player.

What else do I need to know?

- Must be good at SAP/Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
