*Main Job Duties:*
?The qualified candidate will work on NovaCore SDK and MobiLink connection manager software testing
?The goal is to help produce high quality SDK and Connection Manager soft ware
?Responsibilities involve Integration, functional, regression testing, failure characterization, with some debugging skills
?Read and translate requirements into test cases and ability to create test plans
?Ability to interact effectively with multiple firmware design teams in the US, Canada, and China to achieve best results
?Engage in debugging and verification of customer reported issues
?Automate current and future test cases using proven automation framework

*Required Knowledge:*
?Attention to detail and solid oral and written communications skills a must
?Must understand QA processes and methodologies in a software development environment.
?Knowledge and experience in wireless industry and LTE, WiMAX, CDMA 1xRTT/EVDO, GSM/GPRS/EDGE/UMTS/HSPA technologies
?Defect-tracking tools experience, Knows SW Testing tools
?Understanding of Testing Telecommunication devices
?Good Understanding of the software development lifecycle
?Detail-oriented and open-minded with a good personality
?Flexible team player, self-reliant and self-starter
?Positive attitude, quick and logical thinker
?Good analytical problem solving skills
?Good technical skills with knowledge of data networking and networking protocols (WAN and LAN)
* Experience with automated testing tools such as Perl, python, Selenium, Sahi etc...

*Required Experience:*
?2+ years in Windows software testing. Ideally with C/C++ development
* 2+ years in Linux software testing. Knowledge of C/C++ development environment on Linux is a plus.
?Multi-platform test experience.
?2+ years of experience in debugging, troubleshooting and unit testing C/C++ applications.
?Handle multiple assignments while balancing personal assignments with team priorities

*Special Requirement:*
?Strong testing cycle process for computer software.
?Basic understanding SDK and Connection Manager function and development
?Moderate understanding Windows OS, Mac OS X and Linux OS software and
drivers.
?Basic Programming Experience in C/C++.
?Knowledge of LTE HSDPA, WAN, 802.11 WiFi, CDMA, WWAN devices is a Plus

*Education:*
?BA of Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or relevant field
