1.Tasks:

1) IKA product test, repair, data recording/在公司检测、维修、统计客户返修的IKA设备包括：

-Provide high efficency for product test, repair and issue the repair report/提供高效的产品检测、维修及出具报告等；

-Defective product test and its analysis, find out the root caused/对故障产品进行数据分析，找出故障原因；

-Useage information tracking for product which it has been returned to the customer/对货物进行返回客户现场后的使用情况跟踪；

-Update and record the repair data, warehouse inventory/更新及录入维修记录信息、对仓库进行定期盘点。

2) Providing technical support/提供相应技术支持：

-Support customer by telephone, email/通过电话、邮件解答客户问题；

-Provide on site support, e.g.: installation, commissioning, maintenance,trouble shooting/提供现场技术支持，如产品安装、调试、维护、故障查找等；

-Skillfully deal with the customer complaint, e.g. lesten to the customer, appease the mood of the customer/能技巧性地处理客户投诉，如聆听客户的需求，安抚客户的情绪等；

3) Well cooperate with IWG service teammates, improve the customer’s satisfaction/与IWG 其他团队成员良好配合，努力提高客户的满意度。

4) Provide the 2nd level support to other colleagues, such as repair skills, product repair training/可向其他同事提供二级技术支持，如维修技能，产品维修培训等；

5) Service case summary and analysis, feedback the problem to the related departments, and propose the solutions/服务案例的总结分析、及时向相关部门反馈问题、提出解决方案；

6) For the difficult technical problem, to communicate with German headquarters, and provide solutions/针对技术难题，能与德国总部的沟通，并提供解决方案；

7） Release relevant technical information transferred from German headquarters/发布德国总部转达过来的相关技术信息。

2.Qualifications

1) College or above/大专或以上学历;

2) Quick learning capability, to pick up the knowledge and put into application/快速的学习能力，能在短期内学习并运用新技能;

3) Good English skill, capable of reading English manual/良好的英语能力，能阅读英文版操作手册;

4) Good communication skills, active sense of communicate with customers/良好的沟通能力，能够积极主动与客户沟通;

5) Familiar with Microsoft office/熟练使用常用办公软件;

6) Good team work/良好的团队合作能力。
