We are looking for:

Market Intelligence Specialist 市场分析专员

Main responsibilities:

1. Monitor, analyse and submit regular reports on oil&gas, chemical, firefighting, mining industry development and relevant government policy; regulation change implications and impact.
2. Work closely with cross-functional teams and business partners for information collection and sharing
3. Maintain contacts with internal/external market and competitive intelligence resources to develop competitive intelligence.
4. Track and analysis market data performanced by segment/key application field '' market share'' etc.
5. Manage price tools to support KAF team on price positioning workshop, to do product market analysis.
6. Consolidate marketing Non-financial KPIs and assist in the preparation of regular status reports
7. Actively communicate progress of new initiatives with management and peer groups to achieve consensus and support.

Requirements:

1. University graduate majoring in marketing, or sociology/ statistics etc.
2. At least 2 years working experiences in multinational company
3. Have a complete understanding of pricing structures and gross margin and profitability.
4. Skills on the data consolidation and analysis
5. Must be able to communicate in English effectively,
6. Communicative, co-operative, self-motivated, creative, stress resistant, logical, quick to learn, well-organized, flexible, adaptable

主要职责：

4. 追踪和分析市场数据
5. 管理价格工具，以支持KAF团队定位，做产品市场分析。
6. 为非财务团队整合KPI和协助编制定期报告。
7. 新举措的进展进行积极沟通与管理，以获得共识和支持。

要求：

1. 大学本科毕业，市场，社会学，或统计学等相关专业
2. 2年以上外企工作经验
3. 掌握大概的定价机构，毛利率和盈利的计算
4. 有数据整合分析的能力
5. 熟练的英语沟通能力
6. 良好的沟通能力，团队精神，主动积极，自我约束力，创造性，逻辑思维，学习能力，有条理，灵活，适应能力强
