职位描述
岗位职责：
1. 向公司高层决策者提供有关人力资源战略、组织建设等方面的建议，并致力于提高公司的综合管理水平。
2. 根据公司的发展规划，提出机构设置和职位设计方案，对公司组织结构设计提出改进方案。
3. 制定适合公司的薪酬政策和晋升政策。
4. 组织制定公司人力资源发展的各种规划，并推动各项计划的实施。
5. 制定人力资源管理制度和流程，指导并控制执行情况。
6. 制定招聘方案并组织实施。
7. 修订、完善、实施员工绩效评估体系。
8. 建立员工培训体系，指导员工进行职业生涯规划设计。
9. 研究国家相关法律、法规和政策，实施劳动合同管理。
10. 指导、监督和评估部门员工。
11. 主持人力资源部日常管理工作。
12. 完成总经理临时交办的其他各项工作、任务。
任职要求：
1. 管理或相关专业大学本科以上学历；人力资源管理、劳动经济学等专业优先考虑。
2. 5年以上从业经验，3年该职位工作经历。
3. 持有人力资源管理师（三级）或其他人力资源类资格证书优先考虑。
4. 精通人力资源管理知识，熟悉劳动法律法规及劳动政策、行业知识，掌握行政管理、法律等知识。
5. 熟练使用自动化办公软件，具备基本的网络知识技能技巧；具备较强的口头及书面表达能力，一定的英语应用能力。
6. 有一定的领导力、沟通能力、协调能力、分析能力、影响力.
