职位描述
Main Duties, Responsibilities and Deliverables:
Create and localize content in English/Simplified Chinese and English/Traditional Chinese
Execute content quality control by editorial review
Validate translation & localization of demo applications
Work with Engineering and other technical groups to enhance performance of KB system as well as IVRS
perform analyses and make recommendations that drive critical initiatives to the appropriate teams
Develop process for content creation/validation/approval/update
Realization of predefined processes for settlement of projects
Assist with on-going KB training and content authoring standard to encourage and standardize use of knowledge resources
Competencies:
Education/Experience
An University Degree holder with at least 3 years experience within contact center in a technical support role or content management role preferred
Excellent computer skills preferably with experience with database and website management is a plus
Programming experience in HTML and XML
Proficiency in MS Office, Trados
Capabilities
