REQUIREMENTS

1. At least 5 years’ working experience, preferably with experience of sales accounting in retail industry.
2. A bachelor or higher degree in Finance, Accounting or other relevant subjects.
3. Fluency in Mandarin and English.
4. CPA or experience in accounting/auditing firm would be a plus.


POSITION:

Responsible for sales accounting and T&E matters for the group companies and branch offices.
FUNCTIONS:

1. Perform daily sales booking and reconciliation in accounting system;
2. Identify, investigate and resolve variances between the system records and the bank statements;
3. Keep close communication with store cashiers for cash and credit card income related matters;
4. Manage the outsourcing team on Travel & Expense (“T&E”) function, which occupies 30-40% of total workload;
5. Process manual card refund request from customers and card transaction investigation requested from banks; Assist in supervising the outsourcing team processing the manual refund;
6. Liaise with Landlords where the incomes are collected first by the shopping centre and perform reconciliations;
7. Assist in process improvement, implementation of new payment methods, E-Commerce or other projects which are assigned by the line manager.

A bachelor or higher degree in Finance, Accounting or other relevant subjects.


Knowledge of PRC Accounting Policies.
OTHER KNOWLEDGE:

PC skill: excellent Excel skills and experience of using common accounting systems.
