岗位职责

1、参与制定符合于集团生产项目建设的适用型的建筑、结构的工程“标准”，使集团生产基地建设逐步实现标准化、制度化、规范化、科学化；

2、负责对委外设计项目实行“限额设计”在建筑结构方面的管理工作，并跟踪落实于设计工作每一个阶段，与设计方保持良好的沟通，了解设计方限额设计的执行情况，及时提出限额设计在建筑结构专业方面修改意见，确保土建设计方案及施工图的可控性；

3、负责对施工过程中的合理变更项进行建筑结构专业分析评估，并形成优化方案以报批；

4、负责对土建设计各种方案及施工图的审核工作。对其建筑结构及构筑物设计的实用性、符合功能性，结构安全性、施工可行性以及经济合理性负责；

5、负责跟进审核土建设计变更及现场施工变更，有效地控制土建变更。

北京东方燕京工程技术股份有限公司是由北京东方燕京地质矿山设计院通过改制，按照股权多元化现代企业制度组建的国际型矿山工程设计公司。
      北京东方燕京地质矿山设计院(原地质矿产部地质矿山设计院)于1994年成立，是地矿系统独家矿山设计院，具有建设部颁发的冶金行业（矿山工程）主导工艺乙级工程设计资质。
      2006年底改成私营股份制， 2013年伊始，山东招金集团有限公司成功收购，成为该公司的控股股东。2015年5月通过公开挂牌交易，招金矿业股份有限公司（HK01818）受让山东招金集团有限公司持有的股权，成为招金矿业旗下独立运营的设计公司。2016年8月完成股份制改制，正式更名为北京东方燕京工程技术股份有限公司，公司已正式启动新三板挂牌申报程序。
      公司完全继承了原有人力资源、技术资源和市场资源，同时又吸引了大量专业人才，设计力量得到了进一步的加强和提高，已成为集工程设计、咨询、工程承包、项目管理、技术开发、技术服务、技术培训、技术转让、设备研发与销售等业务为一体的设计工程公司，具有建设部颁发的冶金行业（矿山工程）乙级设计资质。
 
       COMPANY PROFILE
     Beijing Oriental Yanjing Design Institute of Geological Mining ( Yanjing Design Institute) is famous for Design Institute of Geology and Mineral Resources under the leading of former Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources (MGMR).Yanjing Design Institute has reformed into an International Mining Engineering Design Company and will operate fully in accordance with the join-stock system after the reform.
       Yanjing Design Institute was founded in 1994 under the approval of Ministry of Construction and MGMR of People's Republic of China. As a state-owned design institute, Yanjing Design Institute is under the direct supervision of China Academy of Land Resources and Economy, with the Class B design qualification for geological mining of metallurgical industry.
       In late 2006, Yanjing Design Institute became privately owned. In the beginning of 2013, Zhaojin Group have made successful acquisition of Yanjing Design Institute and became the controlling shareholder. In May of 2015, Zhaojin Mining Industry Company Limited (HK01818) transferred the equity of Zhaojin Group through public trade and became an independently operated designing company. Oriental Yanjing(OYJ) completed his jointstock reform in August 2016, and OYJ officially changed his full name to Beijing Oriental Yanjing engineering and technology co. ,LTD. OYJ is launching on NATIONAL EQUITIES EXCHANGE AND QUOTATIONS of China.
