Job description

- Support Power System Scale Out solutions (Linux on Power, Cloud, Bigdata, etc) business growth from technical side

- Team with sales to show IBM’s advantage and value on Power System Scale Out solutions to customer

- Support customer/ISV to migrate applications to PowerLinux platform

- Tune customer/ISV applications on PowerLinux for a better performance

- Design and customize Power System Scale Out solutions and present to customer

- Support business partners in technical pre-sales, solution design, recommending best practices

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science.

- 1-3 years working experience.

- Rich programming experience on C/C++ or Java, Fortran is a big plus

- Have hands-on skill and experience on Linux system administration

- Experience on Opensource software, such as Hadoop, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc

- Experience on application performance tuning is a big plus

- Knowledge on IBM Power Systems is a big plus

- Excellent communication skill, presentation skill

- Quick learner and self-motivated team player
