职位描述
Key responsibilities 重要职责
? To support company’s values, business goals and reputation goals by providing communication-related expertise. To implement both internal and external communication projects, as well as a series of employee engagement projects. To contribute to the making of communication strategies
Main job tasks 主要工作任务
1) External Communications
? Work with brand teams to formulate media strategies and tactics with the purpose of consolidating media initiatives into overall brand plan, keeping SOV in the market, conveying key brand messages
? Maintain proactive/reactive media relations to support product portfolio, including development and implementation of media strategies, media pitch, preparing press materials, media-tracking etc.
? Work with brand team to plan/execute media events to maximize the impact of marketing initiatives to target audience
? Suggest news angels, innovative channels and media exposure opportunities to brand teams in order to maintain SOV in the market
? Constantly identify and improve channels, both online and offline, for external communications
2) Internal Communications
? Work on formulation and execution of strategies and plans to ensure effective internal communication with focus in field communication
? Provide communication expertise by developing corporate message
house, communication flows, tactics, toolkits and workshops. etc. to facilitate corporate communication capabilities
? Work with DBD closely to ensure the effectiveness of field communication, e.g. identify effective communication channels, tailor-make messages for sales force, develop best practices, and help sales management of all levels to implement the communication plan
3) Project Communications and Supports
? Contribute to other communications project assigned by line manager

Identify and match media needs with communication needs
Keep a balanced media relations, esp. when issue/crisis arises

This position requires a high level of innovation in terms of developing processes, getting attention and engagement, producing communication tools and materials, evaluating results. Also this position requires delicate handling of messages when dealing with external stakeholders and skills and persuasive negotiation skills in working across functions
Geographic responsibility 职责的地域范围
60% of the job is performed in home town;
40% travel away from home town for meetings, programs, congresses and seminars
Knowledge, skills and experience 知识、技能和经验
Good understanding of products, pharma industry, media and communication
Education 教育背景
Bachelor degree or college diploma in communications, journalism and marketing;
Strong written and verbal communication ability in English and Mandarin;
Experience 经验
Minimum 5 years of public affairs/communications experience;
Proactive and reactive media relations and issues management capabilities
Strong multiple Project Management experience;
