Job Responsibility:

- Work with BD team and sales&FAE to clear understand market status, potential, and identify the market segment for Fairchild to play

- Understand competition landscape and do timely SWOT for each major competitor in the market FCS play, work with the team to strengthen FCS competence

- Influence BU for building and implementing China market strategy which mapping with FCS worldwide strategy and also specifically adapting to China business situation

- Evaluate and identify third party to enable the competitive solution for better winning the business - assist BU to build up new product promotion strategy and own the execution in the field

- Market survey and understand the emerging market, work out the business proposal for selling to the emerging market
