主要职责
1、协助话务中心经理管理话务中心的日常运作；
2、检查和评估团队成员的工作质量和效率，并采取恰当措施解决问题；
3、指导和推动团队成员提供优质服务；
4、巧妙解决团队成员在工作上的问题；
5、主动了解团队成员的工作状况并向话务中心经理提出改善建议以改善运作效率；
6、保证团队的工作表现能达到关键绩效指标的要求；
7、上级交办的其他工作。
职位要求
1、大专以上学历，3年以上客户服务中心工作经验，其中1年及以上团队管理经验；
2、具备优秀的疑难客户处理技巧和意识；
3、个性成熟，有极好的人员管理技巧和沟通能力；
4、 具有良好的分析和陈述能力；
5、有优秀的协调技巧，注重细节，善于独立解决问题；
