Responsibilities and Tasks
Summary of Responsibilities:The Marketing Specialist is responsible for assist marketing manager to develop and promot the school's brand as a top international school to increase enrollment, through a strategic marketing plan and client relationship management.

Responsibility One Market research
Task

1. Be up-to

date on current school marketing trends, where new parents are looks, what parents are looking for in international

schools.
2. Research new external opportunities to market BCA.
Assist marketing to develop annual marketing strategy & plan
Task

1. External promotion - Participating in School Fairs & Community Events.
2. Develop off-site BCA events - School Tours.
3. Assist marketing manager to develop on-site BCA events(traditions) - Christmas Fair, Spring Fair.
Responsibility Three Client Relationship Management
Task

1. Produce on-going educational parent activities : Parent seminars/workshops/ English Corners etc.
Responsibility Four Advertisement and promotion
Task

1. Create & Maintain relationships with various media outlets.
2. Produce & Manage Print & Web advertisement.
Responsibility Five IT
Task

1. Maintain website, social media outlets.
2. School photography.
3. Publish regular newsletters.
Responsibility Six Others
Task

1. Other jobs assigned by the line manager or the school.

Qualification
Education Background: Bachelor degree or above
Major: Marketing, Business , Education, or other related field
Experience: Proven marketing skills & experience, or graduate
Knowledge: Knowledge of Beijing/China international school market, social media preferred
Skill: strong inter-personal skills, creative & strategic thinker, excellent written & verbal communication skills
