Position: Warehouse Management
Location: Beijing

Your Responsibilities:

1. Task range Warehouse Management
Significant responsibility in order to reach cost targets for the transport and storage of VCRA’s products, managing activities in case of conflicting goals and coordinating countermeasures with affected divisions and departments. Drafting all documentation for receiving and delivering the products of VCRA and coordinating/negotiating with the responsible staff at VCRA as well as with VWZ, suppliers and JVs.
2. Task range Legal requirements related to storage and transports
Expert’s knowhow has to be built up. Representation of VCRA and VCRA’s interests versus official authorities, suppliers, VWZ and logistic agencies. Good networking abilities are necessary.
3. Task range Responsibility
Representing VCRA especially in all transport relations with VWZ. Carrying out specific duties relating to the post-holder's role according to his/her skills and experience. Advising other business units and third parties (VW AG/subsidiaries/cooperation partners) on request and in consultation with the parties concerned.
