Function
1.To ensure the effective control in the pants from both internal control and compliance aspect.
2.To provide the management of plants’ financial and business situations for operation and strategy decision makings.
3.To fulfill the corporate and the statuary financial requirements.

Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the full finance affairs for the plants.
2.To ensure the accuracy and correctness of the general ledgers, preparing the financial statements under CAS. Coordinating with external auditors
3.B/S and I/S items fluctuations analysis, trace for causes and recommend action plans
4.Identify the correct drivers, implement the correct MOH allocations and cost calculations for products.
5.Cost variance investigation, analysis and interpretation in various field such as price, material, overhead, capacity, quality cost etc.
6.Company taxation issues
7.Control the company CAPEX and make appraisals. Company inventory, AR level control. Setting up key performance index for operations.
8.Treasury management under the guidance of the China Century Treasury, including cash forecast, banking activities etc.
9.Internal reporting via the Hyperion Financial Management System.
10.Profit performance analysis. Product and customer profitability analysis and make presentations to the management
11.Responsible for the annual business planning and rolling-forecasting
12.Controlling the company risks such as capital cost, liquidity risk, currency risk, legal risk and operating risks
13.Ensure the SOX compliance. Prepare the internal SOX control documents to HQ
14.Drive process and internal control improvement continually, drafting related procedures
15.Cooperating with operation departments for business control and provides related supporting
16.Provide related training, give guidance and supervise the plant finance staff. Development of the finance team from both technical and management aspects.
17.Other ad hoc tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements
1.3-10 years Professional Experience
2.Strong business senses and high ethics standards
3.Education Degree : University or above
4.Major : Financial Management, Accounting
