售后服务工程师
要求：
1、大专（含）以上学历，电子、机电一体化或其它相关专业；
2、具备一定的机械、电气安装技能；以及具有相关系统维修技能；
3、至少2到3年以上相关岗位或相关行业工作经验；
4、负责Merck Millipore产品的安装、维护、维修；以及相关产品的服务合同的推广、签订；耗材的推广；
5、具有良好的沟通能力、动手能力和客户服务意识；
6、熟悉MS的使用；可以使用英文书写；
7、良好的团队合作，吃苦耐劳，能经常出差。
Main Function and Responsibilities
- This role Implement Merck Millipore Lab(China), Service management system and tools, be in charge of product installation,
preventive maintenance, product upgrade & training and installed base setup in responsible territories,
and quickly respond to service requests from customer/distributors/sales teams.
- Achieve the service and consumable revenue target set by management in responsible territories.
- Cooperate with the distributor's service team on the service activities such as product installation, service repairs and installed base setup.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing and training team to follow up the market activities,
and assist sales team to achieve the sales objectives in responsible territories.
- Collaborate with 400 Hot-line to follow up all the pending service issues from the customer/sales team/distributors and
keep communication with WW Technical Support Team for the technical issues updating for Lab Water Products.
- Deal with the complaint from the customer, sales team and distributors.
Our Requirements :
- College (including) or above in Engineering or equivalent, Electronics, Mechanical or Bioscience industries.
- Over 2 or 3 years working experience in laboratory instrument installation and maintenance.
- Fluent spoken and written Chinese and can communicate in English.
- Good communication and presentation skills to deal with service activities and customer complaints.
- Respond to customer/distributors/sales team proactively
- High energy, team player and the ability to work under pressure.
- Good work organizer, team player, strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills are essential.
- Good execution, integrity and teamwork are definitely required.
