Responsibilities:

Act as project manager to serve check-up clients with the size from medium to large

· Independently deal with clients in terms of check-up needs including plan review and redesign, vendor selection, plan implementation and service monitoring

· Has the ability to help clients to harmonize the check-up plans across the nation from financial, service and governance perspectives

· Communicate and negotiate with carriers, including TPA, during the stage of vendor selection on behalf of clients

· Prepare group check-up report including appropriate recommendations to meet client internal needs towards group health

· Settle financial payments with carriers

· Optimize the check-up process for the purpose of maximizing the profitability internally

· Collaborate with broking team regarding the cross-data analysis needs from clients

· Partially support to health management projects

· Capable of solving ongoing client and vendor issues without supervision

· Be responsible for managing individual revenue goals

Requirements:

· College Degree and above, medical background is preferred

· Effective in English reading and writing

· At least 3 years'work experience in check-up industry or 5 years'work experience in medical/health sector

· Ability to work independently

· Good team work spirit

· Strong analytical skills

· Solid project management experience

· Broker license is required within 3 months of hire
