国际著名奢侈品品牌诚聘店经理/店主管

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Store Operations
- Ability to effectively manage a sales force to achieve sales goals
- Provide and inspire outstanding service to our customers.
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts as directed.
- Oversee preparation of merchandise placement and displays.
- Oversee compliance of Management Team, and associates with established Company policies and
standards, such as safekeeping of Company funds and property, personnel practices, security, sales
and record-keeping procedures, and overall maintenance of the store.
- Help solve problems that affect the store's service, efficiency, and productivity.
- Ensure that adequate security exists and that physical facilities comply with safety codes and ordinances.
- Lock and secure the store.
Administration
- Meet financial sales and budgetary goals.
- Control invoices, send end of the month report, oversee daily deposits, petty cash.
- Work closely with the Country Manager on annual sales.
- Review operational reports and records to ensure adherence to Company policies and procedures,
monitor store profitability, and manage payroll budgets.
- Review paperwork pertaining to receiving, transfers, MOS/damages, returns-to-vendor (RTV's),
and charge-backs to headquarters in order to ensure accuracy of inventory.
- Ensure that proper channels of communication exist between the store and Celine Corporate Office.
Team Management
- Assist in the recruitment and hiring of the most qualified applicants to meet the store's needs.
- Conduct orientation, train, coach, and manage all employees in execution of daily tasks and to maximize
sales.

STANDARD LEVEL OF COMPETENCIES
(Education, professional experience, foreign languages etc.)
Experience :
Minimum 4 years experience in retailing, service industry or luxury products retail, in
which at least 2 years in managerial positions.
Hands on experience in stock control, merchandising and display, an understanding of
store finanical report and budget
Education :
Tertiary education preferred, preferably in business/management related discipline
Skills :
PC literacy, Good people management skill, Training & coaching skill, Strong leadership,
Good command of English and Chinese. 英语流利为佳或店铺管理经验丰富英文简单沟通
