JOB TITLE: Demand Planning manager JOB REPORTS TO: Supply service manager
DEPARTMENT: Supply Service in BJ JOB LEVEL: 2


PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
? Responsible for FG sourcing & INV management

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Lead S&OP meeting.
2. Keep high service level to support RB business achieve full year target. PFR 99.5%
3. Set up proper inventory level base on different PO lead time to match diversified customer requirement .and keep effective inventory monitor process.
4. FG sourcing from local and overseas supplier, closely to work with commercial & supply team to support NPD launch in very strict time.
5. Work with IS team to improve ERP system to ensure team work efficiency
6. CN demand planning global project leader.

JOB COMPETENCIES:
1. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills;
2. Understand the FMCG business model.
3. Superior judgment, problem solving and able to negotiate;
4. Experience on ERP system, team coacher
5. Ownership and Passion

BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:
1. At least 3 years experience in planning field with at least one year leader role.
2. Good English both in written and oral communication
3. Good communication and negotiating skills
4. Good Micrsoft skill
