Job responsiblities:
1. Industry research and clients position analyze
2. Do mapping, search suitable candidates for our clients
3. Cooperate with consultant to identify whether the candidate is qualify for our recruitment positions and help consulant to coordiante interview, follow interview
4. Persuade candidates to take the offer.
5. Help candidates to do career plan.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Energetic, strong willing in recruitment area.
2. Self Starter and results-driven with a strong team work ethic.
4. Interest in engaging with international clients.
5. A people-oriented person and a person of high integrity.
