岗位职责：
负责带领团队开展公司社会化产品线（Social）的商业产品的运营，制度设计、工作组织、执行和效果评估等工作。
工作内容（包括但不限于）：
1、对接产品研发团队，沟通产品运营需求，设计运营流程与执行方案，参与产品定价策略的制定；
2、组织运营小组落实运营各项方案，开展产品日常运营工作，处理突发事件；
3、设计产品推广方案、培训方案，与相关部门配合编写材料、落实执行；
4、设计产品运营绩效评估指标设计，定期组织评估、编制报告；
5、负责产品用户管理工作，提高用户使用满意率和留存率；
6、统一负责本产品运营组对内对外的所有联络沟通，确保各类信息有效传达；
7、负责对用户意见的收集和整理，总结需求，根据情况设计建议解决方案，与研发团队对接落实；
8、负责产品运营使用的系统平台的管理，充分利用各平台搞好运营工作；
9、其他有助于提高产品用户满意度与经济价值的运营工作。
任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，熟悉互联网商业产品运营。
2、至少3年以上互联网产品运营工作经验，1年以上独立带领运营团队的工作经验。
