Main Responsibilities
1. Plan and grow sales function and account service team, drive the new business development and cross-sell group services.
2. Set departmental priorities and goals (provide roadmap / plan for development)
3. Develop, implement, and manage departmental processes regarding project execution and delivery, and client management
4. Draw up and implement plans for achieving revenue growth from existing client base, and ensure team reaches revenue goals.
5. Ensure teams are maintaining high client satisfaction levels
6. Provide leadership through the training and development of staff (including training of Client Services and PM on the art of search), creating an environment for creative thinking and teamwork
7. Manage individual’s performance and pay to ensure that operational directives are met.
8. Ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations
9. Demonstrate an appetite to work with all isobar offices and with other agencies within our network for mutual growth and benefit.
10. Cooperate with all functions in strategy accomplishment and targets fulfillment
11. Implement all necessary improvement
12. Supervise company management and its general efficiency
13. Perform additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.

Requirements
1. At least 10 years relevant experience in Senior Management within a digital, media agency.
2. Experience managing and leading a team
3. Experience managing client relationships and budgets at all levels of the business
4. Strong business acumen (managing P&L)
5. Strong business network
6. Willingness to travel regularly
7. Excellent command of English in written and verbal communications
