Job description:
1. Manage and lead the marketing team dealing with many channels including: SEM (PPC), SEO, media buying, affiliates marketing (CPA,CPL), social, mobile and DSP technologies.
2. Very experienced at working with search engines (managing Baidu, 360 accounts, etc.)
3. Experienced at launching campaigns (web design/production, contents/creative)
4. Budget planning and performance analysis of campaigns results (KPI’s ROI reports)
5. Set the marketing team targets, and create a plan to achieve these.
6. Perform ongoing campaign optimization.
7. Develop marketing activities (offline –expos etc.), cooperation with network alliances with vertical portals and develop new channels.
8. Fluent report to the company’s high-level management.
9. Bring good quality leads and traffic.
Job requirements:
1. Online marketing manager experience - MUST.
2. Experienced with managing online campaigns and budgets – MUST.
3. High level of English, both spoken and written – MUST.
4. Management experience.
5. Previous experience in online financial trading company – advantage.
6. Bachelor’s degree – marketing, business or economic degree preferred.
7. Experience with CPA, CPC, CPL – implement, manage and optimize PPC campaigns across multiple platforms.
8. Experience with media buying and affiliates - Identify media partners and network alliances/affiliates and purchase targeted media/traffic.
9. Experienced with SEM and SEO.
10. IT experience an advantage.
11. Solid understanding of online marketing disciplines.
12. Experience in managing marketing campaigns and campaigns optimization.
13. Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, both verbal and written.
14. Able to motivate and manage other team members.
15. Strong organization and business skills.
16. Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, XL, Power point, etc).
