岗位职责:
1.Work closely with account executives and engineer team to understand customer requirements;
2.Work with customers to troubleshoot and identify problems in their applications, drive engineer team to solve problems;
3.Drive technical solutions for customers including product/parameter configuration, related schematics application etc;
4.Work with Engineer team to ensure design in/wins and make mass production smoothly;
5.Provide product presentations to engineering community and assigned customers in the territory;
6.Participate in customer design reviews;
7.Provide or facilitate training for company sales engineers on new product solutions.


岗位要求:
1.Bachelor degree is required, Master degree preferred;
2.More than 3 years of experience in field application support role, can support customers independently;
3.Strong working knowledge of lithium-ion battery or automotive is a must;
4.Strong background in E-Scooter , Utility, EV lithium battery pack design will be better;
5.Excellent knowledge on the BMU and BMS will be better;
6.Excellent knowledge on battery design, pack design will be better;
7.Professional on Battery Pack manufacture process and quality system will be better;
8.Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
9.Fluency and excellent command in Mandarin, basic writing and speaking in English;
10.Willingness to travel as needed.
