职位描述：
1、负责与网络客户旺旺沟通,及时处理订单；
2、负责客户关系维护,跟踪货物在途情况；
3、熟悉店内货物的相关情况，能有效地为不同顾客做推荐与解答；
4、对于店内进行的活动能清晰了解，及时提醒顾客并备注其特殊要求，并与仓库及时沟通，避免出错；
5、解答客户的售前咨询,售中查询及售后投诉等问题；
6、接受客服主管临时指派的其他突发性工作。

任职要求：
1、高中以上学历
2、熟练的ppt等办公软件
3、沟通能力优秀
4、一年以上电子商务工作经验
5、熟悉天猫淘宝操作规则，后台工具，聊天软件等基本操作
6、有保健品销售经验优先录用

待遇：底薪+店铺提成，5险，饭补，年假，年终奖金
