Responsibility:
？ Pre sales support, include: Buy bidding documents; DD check request, apply authorization; Prepare commercial documents for bidding; Application of bid bond; Apply biding service charge
？ Work with commercial team to check all the order entry documents for every order: CIF, pre-approval, etc;
？ Prepare EUC & CCAC document for every order.
？ Work with commercial team to monitors progress of order production, customer payment readiness, customer's import paper work readiness, etc.
？ Communicates with order process team for confirmation of customer payment readiness, customer lab condition readiness, import related paper work readiness, installation preparation readiness, as well as installation schedule with service team manager for timely production and delivery schedule adjustment.
？ Coordinates customer training dates and collection of acceptance protocols
？ Manage and prepare order report and consolidation of forecast report.
？ Responsibilities include L/C handling, forecast administration, maintenance of customer database


Qualification:
？ Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field required.
？ At least 3 years experience in sales administration and/or import/export business management in a high technology equipment or analytical instrument company highly desirable.
？ Excellent communication skills both in Chinese and English language required.
？ Knowledge of SAP will be advantaged.
？ Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required.
