职位描述
Main Responsibilities:
1.Office Routine Execution
1)Well-spoken in daily telephone right transfer and receive visitor.
2)Provide the Express and courier service, and allocate the monthly expenses for Express and courier
3)Have a good routine execution in local office management (including office seat/room arrangement, environment & security, acilities & equipment management...)
4)Have a good assistance to the office administration discipline and guidelines implementation
5)Have a good assistance to the project for local office relocation/renovation/lease renewal and new office set up(if applicable)
2.Administrative Routine Execution
1)Have a good filing for company license and documents
2)Provide necessary support for CAPEX (fixed assets) management
3)Office expenses record, allocate, payment prepare and report exactly and deliver in time
4)More initiative and quicker response and more efficient trouble-shooting
5)Provide necessary assistance for staff relocation (if applicable)
3.Have a good execution for local office purchasing, including the payment checking and cost allocation
4.Keep good communication and coordination with local office staff & Administration Department
5.Apply for Permits and Visa
6.Assist organize activities in south, such as birthday party, annual party, sports day…
7.Other job assigned by OAM
Main Requirements:
1. college degree or above
2. 2 years above related experience will be preferred
3.Be good command of English (both in oral and written)
4.Be proficient in office software, such as word, excel, PowerPoint etc.
5.Good health is required
6.High sense of responsibility
