Report to : Manager, Physical Security

Major Responsibilities :

· Coordinate/support the BSCs and relevant parties to achieve the security related goal.

· Keeping contact with local PSB for aligning the policies of security matters.

· Act as an expert of security team to support/supervise the branches/sub branches to fulfill security related business.

· Support all security teams to deal with the task.
· Perform security risk assessments within the region.

· Monitor the bank’s security related procedure manuals according to the policy of Group and the regulators

· Support the BSCs to monitor the guarding services within the region.
· Render support for branches/sub-branches for security issues.

· Assist manager to develop an effective and professional work team to support the growth of the business and operations

· Learning the professional knowledge and working enthusiasm with the other team members.
· Assist manager and build up a health working environment and back up mechanism to ensure achieve the objective.

· Assist manager in on-going monitoring the operational efficiency, staff competency, control adequacy and service standards

· Assist manager to collect and tabulate data in relevant to performance so as to reflect their cost-effectiveness

· Implement effective quality control mechanism to ensure service standards are met.

Incumbent Requirements :

· University degree in related discipline or other professional qualifications

· Minimum 5 years related working experience in a similar position, and/or business function

· Sound knowledge on security related issues in banking industry

· Analytical-minded, possess strong business and credit sense & judgment and able to cope with pressure and tight deadlines

- Proficiency in both English & Chinese with knowledge of PC application
