Job Summary
-The Staff Configuration Management Engineer will be responsible for evaluating and implementing various technologies and tools to optimize Software Configuration Management process and support infrastructure for scalability and efficiency.
-The position also includes interfacing with other teams to collaboratively implement and improve SCM solutions that adhere to Key Control policies. Successful candidate requires the ability to multi-task and adapt to a continuously changing and complex environment.

Responsibilities
-Discover and capitalize on automation opportunities that provide business value and reduce administrate overhead
-Implement and support Continuous Integration environments
-Experience with large scale version control system implementations and source code migrations, IBM Rational ClearCase, Team Foundation Server (TFS), Stash/GIT, Subversion
-Provide technical leadership and support to design and implement automated delivery processes using technologies such as Ant, Perl, Shell, Maven, PowerShell, and MSBuild
-Deploying application and database changes to both production and non-production environments
-Support an enterprise wide SCM infrastructure
-Monitor progress on projects and provides technical direction as needed.
-Support complex technical issues in a production environment including on call responsibilities outside of normal business hours

Desired Skills & Experience
-Prefer degree in Information Technology or relevant work experience
-Prefer 2-5 years working in Software Configuration Management field
-Experience in the use of Ant, Maven, Perl, Shell, MSBuild, PowerShell
-Experience in Continuous Integration environments is a plus
-Knowledge of source code management tools like TFS, IBM Rational ClearCase, SVN and STAHS/GIT
-Knowledge of Java and .NET programming languages.
-Ability to troubleshoot and investigate errors
-Proven ability to multi-task
-Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and Project Management, PMP is a plus
-Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders in a multinational environment
