Responsibilities

? Provide leadership around user story creation with Product Managers
? Design interaction models, wireframes and high-fidelity mockups that promote ease of use and optimize how users interact with our mobile products
? Collaborate with UI designers in their creation of pixel perfect, high fidelity mockups based off your design concepts
? Conduct rapid prototyping and user research on an on-going basis to make sure the final product fulfill users’ needs, meets product objectives and maximize business value.
? Provide hands-on interaction design leadership to oversee, take lead on various design projects across multiple mobile products。
? Work closely with product managers and key stakeholders to design feature sets, prioritize, improve, maintain and scale core foundation
? Analyze user data; provide feedback to Product Manager to keep improving product performance based on business goals and objectives.
? Work effectively within highly agile development teams
? Communicate and present user needs and interaction concepts/flows to developers and key business stakeholders.
? Work with Product Managers and Developers to provide quality assurance of the final product

Requirements

? Have 3+ years of UX design experience building consumer facing apps
? Passion for problem solving while conceiving, designing, and sustaining amazing products
? Deeply understand mobile, and tablet UX practices, and on a regular basis, study and learn from the latest world-class mobile apps.
? Proven expertise turning complex business problems into simple and engaging products for mobile devices
? Strong command of interaction design, visual design and information architecture with a mind for simplicity of design
? Capable of communicating and prototyping interactions rapidly at all levels of resolution
? Deep knowledge of modern mobile UI patterns
? Insightful design thinking, prolific exploration and a propensity for experimentation
? Knowledge of data-driven and user-centered design principles
? Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation), including the ability to distill and communicate complex and nuanced topics to a broad audience
? Experience presenting to stakeholders
