通过配合/协同主题公园和度假区的采购团队，采购专员将作为团队的一员，执行在中国的采购任务，并有时需要履行质量控制职能，为我们全球范围的各类主题公园和度假区的采购需求提供支持。
本职位要求具备优秀的英语/普通话口语及书面语技能，因为采购专员将负责联络欧美的业务同事以及中国的供应商。采购专员必须有丰富的资源，能够确定合适的供货来源，满足主题公园、酒店和商业楼宇中所用的各类商品的需求。采购专员必须积极上进，主动，热情，有团队合作精神。
主要职责
?寻找/开发新供应商，使之成为迪士尼公司的合格供应商
?为始于全球货品领导的RFP流程提供支持
?了解全球利益相关者的业务需求，并将这些需求传达给当地供应商
?进行持续的供应商绩效管理，以确保他们不断满足我们的产品规格和质量要求，并符合迪士尼的社会责任标准
?为主题公园和度假区提供成本基准和市场分析数据
?不断发掘新的供应源/供应手段，以降低总拥有成本
?充分准备，并执行明确的、遵循战略采购流程的结构化谈判
?协调物流，确保符合交货/装运进度
?为主题公园和度假区采购团队提供有关当地法律法规要求的合同支持及建议
?确保遵守企业、当地的法律法规要求。
?在任何情况下，都起到诚信和道德的模范作用

?拥有广泛中国采购经验和供应商管理经验，具有主题公园和酒店商品采购方面经验者优先考虑。

Description
In coordination/collaboration with the Theme Park And Resort Sourcing and Procurement teams, the Sourcing Specialist will be a part of a team to perform sourcing and at times quality control functions in China to support sourcing needs in our various Theme Parks And Resorts worldwide.
This position requires excellent language skill in both spoken and written English/Putonghua as the individual will be responsible for interfacing with his/her business colleagues in US/Europe and local suppliers in China. The individual has to be resourceful in identifying suitable source of supply for various types of commodities used in theme park, hotels and commercial buildings. The individual has to be self-motivated, possess drive, enthusiasm and be a team player.
Key Accountabilities
?Source/develop new suppliers to become qualified suppliers of Disney
?Support the RFP process initiated from the category lead worldwide
?Understand the business requirements from the stakeholders worldwide and translate the requirements to the local suppliers
?Ongoing vendor performance management to ensure they continuously meet our specification, quality requirement and Disney social compliance standard
?Provide cost benchmarking and market analysis data to Theme Parks And Resorts
?Continuously identify new source/means to reduce the total cost of ownership
?Prepare and execute clear, structured negotiations following the Strategic Sourcing process
?Co-ordinate logistics and ensure delivery/shipment schedules are met
?Provide contract support and advice to Theme Park And Resort Sourcing and Procurement team on local statutory and regulatory requirements
?Ensure compliance to corporate, local statutory and regulatory requirements.
?Demonstrate exemplary integrity and ethics in all instances
Critical Skills Required
Core Skills:
?Excellent command in written and spoken English & Putonghua.
?Extensive sourcing and supplier management experience in China, preferably with commodity experience in theme park and hotel purchase.
?Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a team environment
?Experience in export logistic is a plus
?Project management experiences is a plus
Industry Knowledge:
?Related industry experience procuring a diversified range of products and services
?Understanding and ability to apply e-procurement technologies
?Understanding of external market analysis to ensure best pricing/service mix
?Proficiency in Microsoft Office Professional Suite, (MS Project, MS Word and Excel)
?Experience with SAP or other ERP a plus
?
Specific Requirements:
?5+ years sourcing and supplier management experience – preferably with multinational companies
?University Degree in Engineering, or Business,
?CPM, CIPs or similar certification
?Internal/external business consulting experience desired
Other Requirements:
?Willingness to travel (mostly within China)
?Proven integrity record
?Work independently under least supervision
