Responsibilities:
·More than 8 Years experience in Quality of Chemical

·Perform Supplier audits and "due diligence" as required per certification requirements and/or various business needs
·Ensure vendor consistency and adherence to Halliburton specifications;
·Quality issue analysis and closure.
·Supplier development:
Improve vendor compliance by enforcing ISO quality standards, HSE criteria, risk management, 5S and other manufacturing best practices if applicable
·Create product quality plans with suppliers.
·Communicate with technology centre and PSL for technology discussion; Optimize supplier's technology and process to ensure better quality consistency; Better support application needs
·Implement quality tools to supplier, like lean, SPC, etc
·Run performance review with Supplier and update progress with internal stakeholders
·Follow Hal supplier management process

Requirements:
·Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering;
·ISO 9000/2001 lead auditor/auditor background, auditor of ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 is preferred
·Black Belt and Green Belt on Six Sigma, project leader on lean is preferred
·Background in petrochemicals is preferred
·Familiarity with quality processes in chemical manufacturing systems; Over 5 years experience on process improvement, quality auditing/inspection, quality issues handling and chemical supplier development.
·Good communication skill
·Good project management skill
·Excellent organizational, facilitation, and team building skills
·Fluent in speaking and writing English
·Must be able and willing to travel to meet business needs.
·Must be proficient in use of MS Office applications.
