职位描述：
1、负责本组的销售人员招聘、绩效考核等日常工作
2、负责本组销售计划、任务的制定
3、完成公司制定的销售任务
4、根据公司的发展策略，制定并执行渠道的工作计划，达成各项销售指标；
5、管理销售团队，提供及时的工作指导与培训；
6、负责管辖区域内客户的商务洽谈及签约、建立客户管理系统和策划、执行客户促销活动。

岗位要求：
5年以上渠道销售、市场营销管理工作经验，有一定的渠道背景，餐饮、快销品、医药、互联网优先。
技能技巧:
◆ 熟悉现代销售管理模式，熟练运用各种激励措施；
◆ 有丰富的销售经验，能够识别、确定潜在的商业合作伙伴，熟悉行业市场发展现状；
◆具有优秀的营销技巧，较强的市场策划能力和运作能力；
◆良好的口头及书面表达能力。
