JOB SUMMARY
The Compliance Supervisor is responsible for driving compliance and control activities; and leading and measuring the performance of the Compliance team.

KEY RESULT AREAS & JOB ACTIVITIES /TASKS
1. Support on develop, update and/or implement relevant local Compliance rules, standards, policies and procedures in accordance with Global/Industry/Local standards;
2. Identify compliance/business related risk during daily work and escalate to a higher level with value added proposed risk remediation action
3. Support, organize and conduct Compliance training to internal employees and external business partners;
4. Perform specific area testing, draft testing program based on risk and current process, select sample and perform testing, draft testing report, propose and discuss remediation and follow up action, monitor the remediation action implementation.
5. Assist on conducting compliance investigation as assigned by management and developing compliance report; Assist the process of disciplinary sanction and corrective measures as approved by the top management;
6. Participate internal business meeting to understand the operation model and provide Compliance advice upon request;
7. Other day-to-day compliance routine work and coordination as assigned by Compliance Head.

Qualification:
1. University degree in finance, business, or other professional areas. Bachelor’s degree preferred;
2. Minimum of 3 years working experience, experience in logistics industry will be a plus, professional certificate, CIA will be a plus;
3. Experience in internal control or audit or compliance
4. Strong interpersonal and communication soft skills;
5. Training delivery capabilities and analytical skills;
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to resolve complex matters in a responsive way
6. Excellent writing and oral communication in both Chinese and English;
7. Excellent skills in Excel/Word/PPT
8. Qualified professional accountant preferred but not a must
9. Minimal travel is expected
