Essential Responsibilities

The Global Customer Fulfillment Specialist 6 is responsible for defined work or projects with moderate complexity. In this role you will follow an individual work plan, meet day-to-day short-term objectives, and resolve issues through immediate action or short-term planning.
· Responsible for fulfillment execution, coordination and communication of all OTR (Order to Remittance) activities relating to energy part orders
· Serve as primary point of contact for customers, GE personnel, both field and HQ, and GE facilities for OTR (Order to Remittance) issues relating to total Order Processing
· Responsible for total ownership of Order documents with regard to accuracy, clarity, quality, and timeliness
· Must strive to meet all customer request dates, reduce processing cycles
· Provide factory / sourcing commitments with regard to short cycle demands and documentation to customers and GE representatives as appropriate
· Understand all customer special requirements and communicate to those responsible for accurate and complete fulfillment
· Responsible for maintenance of sales billing of all assigned orders
· Ownership of post order inquiries and claims
· Provide complete export / import service supporting activities to contribute to the effective fulfillment of terms and conditions of all international orders
· Comply with all U.S. Export controls and regulatory requirements and fulfill documentary requirements of the importing country
· Support financial transactions with regards to sales credit, receivables and collections
· Comply with established financial guidelines and provide for the timely execution of all letters of credit transactions
· Manage and administer all fulfillment related exporting activities including documents creation, shipment tracking, sales recognition and all necessary document archiving function

Qualifications/Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in a customer service position)

· Knowledge of Oracle ERP

· Strong project management skills
· LEAN Principles experience is preferred
· Ability to mentor, train, and develop better processes and to learn new ones
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to Read/Write & Effectively Communicate in English
Knowledge of Warehouse & logistic operations

上世纪80年代起，中国进口了首批420台GE运输系统集团制造的ND5柴油内燃机车。2002年，GE运输系统集团在北京成立了通用电气运输系统（中国）有限公司，提供研发、制造和其他服务。2005年，GE运输系统集团与中华人民共和国铁道部签订了300台Evolution系列中国干线机车合同，用于中国各大铁路干线。2008年GE运输系统集团创建了第一个矿用自卸卡车电动马达生产厂，并成立了通用电气运输系统（沈阳）有限公司。2010年9月9日，GE公司与中国南车旗下的戚墅堰机车有限公司成立的合资企业正式开工奠基，在中国开发、制造GE Evolution系列机车柴油发动机并提供服务，以及向其它新兴市场提供出口。2010年12月，GE运输系统集团与中国南车股份有限公司签订了合作框架协议，将在美国建立合资公司来共同促进高速铁路及其他轨道交通技术在美国市场的推广发展。

在过去的6年多内，公司实现了两位数的业务增长，在北京、上海、大同、成都、常州和格尔木等城市设有办公室。
