1、专业人员职位，在上级的领导和监督下定期完成量化的工作要求，并能独立处理和解决所负责的任务；

2、了解掌握各部门的用人需求；

3、实施招聘工作，发布招聘广告、进行简历筛选、评估候选人并提供初步面试报告；

4、管理、开发招聘渠道；

5、维护人才储备库。

    T7China Communication focuses on English education and communications.
