Basic Function



1. Account Management

2. Serves as the day-to-day manager in executing strategic communication plans on multiple accounts.

3. Independently supervises SAEs, AEs, ACs and Interns.

4. Has ability to delegate multiple assignments, supervise others and able to work with other departments, groups and offices.

5. Thinks strategically and creatively.

6. Works effectively with both senior and junior staff and possesses maturity, keen judgment, enthusiasm and strong people skills.

7. Has an established industry niche.



Requirements



1. About 4 years of agency experience or equivalent.

2. Strong can-do spirit.

3. Experience in handling retainer PR work.

4. Possesses maturity and judgment skills necessary for client contact.

5. At least 2 years Media Relations experience with strong media resources.

6. Excellent Chinese writing and skills.

7. Good project management & event organization skills.

8. Experience in handling energy industry client work preferred.
