Responsibility:
??Maintain and strengthen the relationship to existing clients and extend our service scope;
??Using the company's existing platform oriented to promote and develop new business. Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients;
??Set and manage customer expectations;
??Be responsible for all the business contract, negotiation and signing of the contract, responsible for the late billing and collection matters;
??Prepare periodic reports on the status of target prospects;
??For a specific prospect, performs necessary research on customer and competition;
??Support for the proposal and presentation materials preparation, assist the GM or PM in big projects early-stage preparation;
??Collaborate with internal departments in order to meet client needs and manage expectations;
??Achieve your personal sales targets and objectives;
??Other tasks, special projects and responsibilities as required.

Requirement:
1. At least 5 years experience in sales and BD roles, consulting/training industry preferred; have business cooperation experience with financial executives of multinational company is preferred; experience in financial or audit industry background is a plus;
2. A sound understanding of client requirements and market trend;
3. Excellent knowledge and skills in working with clients;
4. Strong commercial sense, concrete understanding of the company’s potential E&C competitors;
5. Strong communication and organization skills;
6. Excellent presentation skills;
7. Hold bachelor degree or above, fluent of English.

岗位职责:
1.负责维护现有客户关系 并从中开拓新的业务;
2.利用公司现有平台定向推广并开拓新的业务,协调、安排和潜在客户的会议;
3.设置和管理客户的期望;
4.负责公司所有业务合同的续约、谈判及签署,负责后期账单及收款事项;
5.根据目标前景定期更新报告;
6.根据特定的目标,对客户和竞争进行必要的调查研究;
7.协助准备、制作标书和其他演示材料,协助GM或PM进行大项目的前期准备;
8.与内部部门协作以满足客户需求和管理的期望;
9.实现个人的销售目标和目标; 10.完成其他交办的任务、特殊项目。

任职要求:
1.至少5年的工作经验在销售和BD角色,咨询、培训行业优先,与跨国公司财务高管有业务合作经验者优先考虑,有财务或者审计行业从业经验背景尤佳;
2.良好的理解客户需求和市场趋势;
3.在与客户的沟通和相关工作方面有充分的认知和良好的技巧;
4.强烈的商业意识,对公司的潜在竞争对手有具体了解;
5.良好的沟通能力和组织能力;
6.出色的演讲技巧;
7.本科以上学历,英语流利。
