Location: Beijing
If you have eight (8) or more years experience as an interior designer, presentable to clients, with the ability to handle a project of over 1000 sq metres, from the "brief stage" and develop it to completion, then this is the position for you.
Your role will include meeting clients, preparing proposals for clients, develop the detailed design to construction documentation stage. Following this you will be required to detail and co-ordinate with your team, the preparation of all construction drawings. All drawings are detailed in English. During the construction stage, you will be required to attend site meetings, visit the site and co-ordinate with the project manager and contractor in order to complete the project to the approved design. English speaking and writing is required as you must communicate with staff and clients in English.
In addition good ability in the preparation of hand-drawn sketches, details is a requirement in order to express the design intention.
Software efficiency is required in Autocad 2000 or higher, Outlook Express, Microsoft Project 98 or higher. Knowledge of 3D max and Photoshop is preferred but not compulsory for this position.
