职位描述
1) Responsible for and able to run a management team.
2) Plan and coordinate business development strategies to reach yearly target.
3) Implement market research studies on relevant segments.
4) Monitor market competition and support the overall marketing & sales strategy.
5) Sales Coaching by preparing marketing & sales offers to clients.
6) Organize and implement the sales training sessions and participate in building a sales & marketing corporate culture.
7) Responsible for the cost control and monitor the feasibility of each prospect.
8) Obtain close relationship with clients to provide high standard services.
9) Effective communication to ensure the smooth handover and corporation between sales and other departments.
10) Report to management on sales figures, general sales activities and comments on market strategy.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree with minimum of 7 years of related working experience.
- Preferably experience in management of service industry such as star-rated hotels, property management companies, state-owned enterprises, especially in security or maintenance, or other hospitality related field.
- Good command of English (both written and oral).
- Strong leadership, execution and management skills.
- Result oriented, responsible and well organized with good inter-personal skills.
- A self starter and able to motivate team to achieve ambitious targets.
